What do you enjoy most about the work you do?
For me, it's about the people that we help. I like knowing that at the end of all of the work we do, there's a person using the benefits that we've helped put together.
What's your most proud, work-related achievement?
Becoming a Partner at LHD. It's a humbling experience to have the chance to work with the people that we have at LHD. It's an honor to be entrusted with continuing the culture that our founders started when they established LHD.
What's your favorite meal?
Pancakes, eggs and bacon.
Fun fact about yourself that surprises others?
I've officiated 8 weddings.

Ben joined the LHD team as a Senior Benefit Advisor and became partner in 2023.

At his next benefits advisory firm, Ben served in several roles including Advisor, Benefits Practice Director, and Vice President.
2008-2016
Ben began his career in the industry as an Account Executive with Aon Risk Solutions.
2004-2008
Ben graduated from Butler University – College of Business Administration.
