What do you enjoy most about your work?

I enjoy the collaboration between us and our clients. During open enrollment meetings when employees ask question to better understand the benefits being offered, I enjoy the smiles on their faces as they realize how blessed they are by the benefits their employer brings to the table.

What's a notable, work-related achievement you're proud to share?

Mentoring some of our younger co-workers.

What's your favorite meal?

Pizza with everything on it!

Fun fact about yourself that surprises others?

I rode in an Indy Car with Mario Andretti going 188 miles per hour.

Jannie joined LHD Benefit Advisors in June of 2007 as an Account Manager and was promoted to the small group Lead Account Manager role in 2018.

1996-2006

Jannie joined Group Benefit Services as the Office Manager assisting with agent presentations, renewals, processing commission statements, customer service, and secured her insurance license in Health and Life insurance.

1992-1996

Jannie joined MCL Cafeteria, Inc.’s office operations monitoring sales for 30 locations, assisting with processing payroll, and supporting the Accounts Payable, Food Cost, and Profit and Loss departments.

1985-1992

Jannie began her career at State Insurance Agency marketing group medical plans as the Marketing Coordinator.

1983-1985

Jannie attended Ivy Tech Community College earned her Associated in Computer Programming.
