How do you make life better for your clients?

I make life easier for my clients by taking the complexity out of insurance. Whether it's answering questions, solving problems, or helping them navigate difficult situations, I strive to be a reliable resource they can trust. My goal is to provide clear guidance, proactive support, and thoughtful advocacy so they can feel confident knowing someone is looking out for their best interests.

A notable, work-related achievement you're proud of?

I believe every win is worth celebrating, whether it's big or small. Sometimes it's helping someone find an in-network provider during a stressful time, and other times it's helping a client save thousands of dollars. No matter the size, knowing I've made someone's experience easier or improved their outcome is what makes me proud. Those everyday moments are the achievements that mean the most to me.

Fun fact about yourself that surprises others?

I made the UCA All-American Cheer Team at age 16 and travelled to London to perform in the New Years Day Parade! I made it again the following year, but did not go because I truly felt that it was a once in a lifetime experience!

Abi joined the LHD team as an Account Manager.

2023-2026

Transitioning to Loman-Ray Insurance Group, Abi spent one year as a Health Customer Service Representative before moving to a Group Benefits & Technology Specialist role for two and a half years.

2020-2022

Abi started her career at Health Alliance as a Provider Solutions Representative.

2017-2019

Abi earned her Associates degree in Psychology at Parkland College.
