I make my clients' lives easier by keeping their compliance requirements on track and managing day to day challenges facing their departments.

Any pets at home?

We have a rescued pug-chihuahua mix named Ozzie Pawsbourne who is spoiled rotten.

What category of trivia would you win?

I would definitely take first place in trivia about horror movies!

Alex began her journey with LHD as an Account Manager serving on the large market team.

2020-2022

Alex joined Indianapolis-based staffing and consulting company BCforward as their Benefits Manager.

2020

After almost three years of part-time study after work, Alex graduated from the Ball State University Miller College of Business’s MBA program with a focus in Finance.

2016-2020

Alex worked in the HR department at KAR Global serving as a Benefits Specialist, Payroll Specialist, and Benefits Analyst.

2012-2015

Alex graduated from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs with a degree in Human Resource Management.
