WELLNESS PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Courtney Taylor, CCWS

What's a notable, work-related achievement you're proud to share?
While coaching I met with an individual who expressed she wanted to lose weight although she was not sure how or where to start. We took things slow and after one year she lost 85 lbs. As a result of her healthy lifestyle changes as well as weight loss she was no longer considered at risk for developing T2 diabetes, decreased her blood pressure to a healthy range, eliminated medications and cancelled her knee replacement surgery. Assisting her with this complete life transformation is something I will never forget!
What's an album you could play on repeat and never get tired of hearing?
It would be a toss up between Tom Petty or Jimmy Buffett - both artists are easy to listen to and instantly put me in a good mood!
What's your favorite meal?
Seared scallops with risotto and tiramisu for dessert washed down with a French '75.

“I have a strong passion for encouraging individuals to improve their health and wellbeing through the process of lifestyle change. Seeing clients achieve weight loss goals, discontinuing medications, avoiding joint surgery, and gaining more energy is an indescribable feeling. I truly enjoy helping people become a better version of themselves.”
