LEAD ACCOUNT MANAGER

Doug McCollom

What do you enjoy most about the work you do?
Being able to serve clients and members by assisting them with all things from simple to challenging. I strive to provide excellent service in the same manner I want to receive my own business and personal interactions.
What's your favorite meal?
Crab legs off the shell with a side of melted butter.
Fun fact about yourself that surprises others?
I go by middle name. My first name is Yancy. My father used to watch the old cowboy/western tv shows. There was a character by the name of Yancy Derringer where they got the name from. While they gave me this unique name, they always called me by middle name.
A bullet point from your bucket list?
To see a show in the Sydney Opera House in Australia. I have always been fascinated by the architecture of the building.

“I have enjoyed building long term professional relationships while serving our clients. I often say “At the end of the day, it’s all about service”. I do my best to manage my interactions by valuing people first while providing the best service. I strive to provide excellent service in the same manner I want to receive my own personal and business interactions.”
