What do you do at LHD?
I have extensive experience working in the insurance industry. At LHD, I specialize in servicing our large group clients.
My past experience in client care and claims adjustment gives me the inside knowledge of client needs. In the day-to-day, I maintain close contact with clients and assists account managers in conducting employee enrollment meetings, facilitating new coverage and carrier implementations, answering benefit questions for employers and employees, and assisting employers with benefit compliance.

Education & Experience
2021-
Isaac joined the LHD team as a Client Service Representative.
2018-2021
Isaac then spent three years as a Property Claims Adjuster at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
2011-2018
After several years in sales, Isaac became the Sr Agent Care Specialist with CNO Financial, ultimately working his way into the Claims Adjustment department.
2001-2010
Isaac attended Indiana University Purdue University – Indianapolis where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Affairs, and upon graduating, he started his career in sales in the Telecom industry.
