What do you enjoy most about the work you do?
I love feeling like an extension of our clients' Human Resources Team. I always love it when an employee says something to the effect of "they want to talk to the 'benefits guy' that was here"! I also love the unpredictability (i.e. one day I'm in spreadsheets all day, the next day I'm running back-to-back-to-back employee open enrollment meetings, talking probably too much)
How do you make life better for your clients?
I go back to our value proposition with everything we do. We are always proactive, intentional, cost-focused, value-centered, all while keeping our clients compliant.
Any pets at home?
A sweet 10 year old border collie mix named Hugo.
What's a fun fact about yourself that surprises others?
I used to be on the spelling bee circuit. Now, with autocorrect, I think my spelling ability has diminished some.
What album could you listen to on repeat and never get sick of hearing?

2013-
Justin joined the LHD Benefit Advisors team in June of 2013 as an Account Manager.
2011-2013
Justin then entered the benefits industry at Bond Financial Network as an Employee Benefits Coordinator/Broker.
2010-2012
Following his undergrad, Justin earned his MBA from Saint John Fisher College.
2009-2011
While working towards his degree, Justin worked for PAETEC Communications (now Windstream) as an Account Manager.
2006-2009
Justin attended University of Rochester and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
