Karissa joined LHD as an Account Manager.
Karissa spent over at Garmong Construction as a Human Resources Business Partner.
Karissa started at frēijē Engineered Solutions as a Human Resources Generalist, before being promoted to the Human Resources Manager.
Karissa spent a year at Faurecia as a Human Resources Generalist where she was responsible for personnel administration, payroll correspondence, and various recruiting/training efforts.
Karissa spent a year at Republic Airways as a HR Shared Services Analyst, where she assisted the development of the new HR shared services department and worked with vendors to fulfill crew member requests.
Karissa began her career as a Human Resources Intern with Brooks Life Sciences, where she supported hiring managers, created a new hire onboarding process, and developed employee engagement activities.
Karissa graduated from IUPUI – Purdue School of Engineering and Technology with a BS in Organizational Leadership and a Human Resources Management Certificate.
