Lenay Lipsey, MHRM

What do you do at LHD?
I'm responsible for guiding HR leaders through annual enrollment, designing tailored benefit plans, and assisting clients with any compliance concerns. I also helps develop long-term strategies for ongoing employee education that improves the workforce’s understanding and appreciation of a chosen benefits offering. I transitioned from being a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Bon Appetit Management to LHD. Prior to entering the HR world, I worked at JP Morgan as a teller recon advisor. Eventually I helped jump start the retirement department in Indianapolis, where I worked as an investment banking specialist and was promoted to quality control.

Education & Experience

Lenay joined the LHD team as an Account Manager.


Lenay became Senior Human Resources Generalist with the Bon Appetit Management Company — facilitating recruiting, onboarding, and on-site HR policies.


Lenay started her career with Chase Bank, rising to various positions in Retirement services throughout her tenure.


Lenay earned both a Bachelors degree in Communication/Media Studies and a Master’s degree in HR Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
