What do you enjoy most about the work you do?

Getting to meet so many new faces! I love meeting people and establishing deep relationships with clients!

How do you make life better for your clients?

I want to make their lives as easy as possible! From a benefits administration perspective, if they have a unique scenario, I want to go to them with as many workarounds as possible before I say "The system cannot do this."

You're on death row...what's your last meal?

Sushi!!

Fun fact about yourself that surprises others?

I have never broken a bone or been stung by a bee (knock on wood)

Mason joined the LHD team as a Benefit Systems Analyst.

2021-2026

Mason worked as an Implementation Consultant for Paylocity for five years, where he led client implementations, improved internal processes, and supported cross-functional collaboration.

2020-2021

Joining Rofori Corporation as a Software Support Analyst, Mason managed client software implementations, developed training resources, and provided ongoing technical support.

2019

Mason began his career as an Associate Systems Engineer Intern at Genesys, where he supported enterprise clients, resolved technical system issues, and gained hands-on experience with database management.

2016-2020

Mason received his Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering at Trine University.
