SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Scott Barrett

How do you make life better for your clients?
I tackle any and every problem thrown my way or the way of our clients. Many times my job description should be "Other duties as assigned", as I support each client however they need. There is no one size fits all approach.
What's a notable work-related achievement you're proud to share?
I am very proud of my growth and development over the last 15 years. I started in the benefits world as an analyst, completing financial calculations and budget models for clients. Over the years (as it didn't happen over night) I deepened my industry knowledge and developed leadership skills. I am humbled to look back and see where I started and where I am today. And who knows what the next 15 years will bring!
What's a fun fact about yourself that surprises others?
I am "Perfectly Dopey", having run the 5k,10k, 1/2 Marathon, and Marathon over 4 consecutive days at Disney World since 2014. Yes, you have to be "Dopey" to do this one time, let alone for over 10 years!
The ONE album you would take to a deserted island?
"Long Way Home: Live" by Jukebox the Ghost. It is the live album from the tour that my wife and I saw twice. JBTG is the band we have seen the most, traveled far and wide for concerts, and rocked out to in the car to more than any other band. It is the music we can both agree on any time!

“It’s easy to get out of bed and get to work each morning when your team cares as much for their clients as they do for their coworkers and families. We work hard, play hard, and give everything in life 100%.”
