How do you make life better for your clients?
I find being able to bring new products and technology to clients helps them streamline their work, but I believe being available and answering the phone when my clients call probably helps them just as much or more. From my own experience I know that having a live resource to ask questions and get immediate answers is invaluable.
What's your favorite meal?
BBQ chopped chicken salad, warm buttered corn bread, raspberry lemon cheesecake, Middle Sister Pino Grigio, and a double shot of Bushmills Irish Whiskey to wash it all down

Education & Experience

Terry joined the LHD team as a mid-market Account Manager.


Throughout her 6 year tenure at Butler University, Terry began as a Benefits Specialist and later became the Senior Benefits & Total Rewards Analyst.


Throughout her 5 year tenure at hhgregg, Terry began as an HR Coordinator and later became the Benefits Manager, where her responsibilities included the management, administration, and ensured compliance of the company’s benefit plans.


Terry began her career in HR as a temporary assistant with Preferred Sourcing, LLC., later rising to become an HR Generalist/Benefits Specialist where she provided strategic support for the planning, development and implementation of all HR strategies.
