What do you enjoy most about the work you do?

I'm passionate about seeing companies succeed by valuing their people. I am honored to be a part of constructing the plans that have the potential to increase retention and engagement in the organization.

My approach is to understand each client's unique challenges and goals, enabling me to offer tailored solutions that align with their existing people strategy. By leveraging my extensive knowledge and experience in HR, I help clients navigate complex issues, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. My commitment to excellence and partnership is the cornerstone of my service, making a significant and positive impact on the businesses I work with.

What's a fun fact about yourself that surprises others?

I lead a Girl Scout troop for about three years.

Tiara joined the LHD Benefit Advisors team as a Benefit Advisor.

2022-2023

Tiara returned to EnerDel as VP of HR to support the organization as HR point of contact and subject matter expert in executing the strategic vision.

2019-2021

Tiara joined Prime Hospitality Group as the Director of HR, later becoming Chief People Officer as she led all HR, payroll, benefits, and talent

2018-2019

Tiara joined EnerDel as the HR Director.

2010-2018

Tiara began her career as a Manager of HR. Over the next 8 years Tiara joined various companies to gain knowledge in several different HR areas including Director of HR, Head of HR, and a Divisional Director of HR.

2008-2010

Tiara earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

2004-2007

Tiara earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
