Pay It Forward: Our favorite time of the year! At LHD, we’re fortunate to be able to participate in our annual pay it forward initiative. Each employee that wishes to participate receives a $50 bill to somehow pay it forward to others. This year our employees paid it forward to workers who have faced many challenges over the last 2 years, the food and service industry, childcare services, mom/families in need, and many others!
