LHD announced today the addition of Marcus Bowling and Ben Fuelberth as Senior Benefit Advisors.

As senior benefit advisors, Bowling and Fuelberth will join LHD in helping our current clients to design, deliver, and manage high performing employee benefit programs, in addition, they will be focused on new business development, helping LHD to achieve its short- and long- term business objectives.
Prior to coming to LHD, Bowling spent 15 years at Anthem spanning several different roles with increasing responsibilities. Most recently, he led their major accounts segment which included overall responsibility for Anthem’s 75 largest clients in Indiana representing 400,000 members and more than $2 billion in premium equivalents. Bowling and his team successfully retained more than 97% of clients while also growing the Anthem footprint in key areas including Reinsurance, Group Retiree Solutions, Student Health Insurance and traditional ancillary lines like Dental, Vision, Life and Disability.
Fuelberth brings more than 11 years of benefit experience, to LHD having spent eight years with Aon and three years as an advisor and Benefits Practice Director for a local benefits firm. He has experience consulting clients in many areas including benefit plan architecture and design, vendor renewal negotiations, carrier and network evaluations, mergers and acquisitions, alternative/self-funded arrangements, employee communication strategies, plan compliance and voluntary benefits.
