COVID-19’s impact has created additional anxiety for those with existing mental health challenges, as well as effecting people without previous struggles. When employees don’t feel safe, supported, or emotionally/financially secure, it’s difficult to be effective on the job, wherever that may be. This May is mental health awareness month, and is a perfect time to improve your social health and wellbeing.
Our data has shown that on average, 20-25% of employees suffer from depression and/or anxiety. And that’s just those that have been identified and are seeking help or treatment! Due to the stress and uncertainty of our current crisis, these numbers are increasing every day.
